We are proud to host four award-winning chefs from Greece and abroad, in a unique creative challenge: to craft a menu that highlights at least one local product of the island, through their own culinary perspective and technique.
“At the same time, the restaurant will host an exhibition featuring traditional utensils from the collection of Smaragda Bilioti, as well as tableware from the historic IKAROS company, showcased from the collections of Konstantina Galanou and Nikos Kladas. Also participating is the Cultural Association of Koskiniaton, ‘Kallithea’, with authentic Rhodian ceramics.
