Elysium Resort & Spa’s Noble Restaurant organizes the third Local Gourmet Festival: Between 27-30 July 2021, our visitors will have the opportunity to taste unique culinary creations by distinguished Greek chefs who excel in awarded restaurants in Athens and Thessaloniki.

This year, the festival initiates a “gastronomical dialogue” between the Rhodian and the Greek cuisine. Noble is transformed into a “gastronomy lab” within which each chef presents his own position and perspective for Greek cuisine.

Every evening, festival participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique 6-course tasting menu, in the logic of a 4-hands dinner, with 3 Greek cuisine inspired courses prepared by the invited chef, and 3 Rhodian cuisine inspired courses prepared by the Noble team headed by George Troumouchis and Spyros Kougios.
