Elysium Resort & Spa’s Noble Restaurant organizes the fifth Local Gourmet Festival: Between 24 – 28 July 2023, our visitors will have the opportunity to taste unique culinary creations by distinguished Greek and foreign chefs who excel in awarded restaurants in Greece and abroad.
Five invited chefs from Greece and abroad are invited to “gastronomically coexist” with the Noble team. On a daily basis, a 4 hands tasting menu will be created consisting of dishes by the guest chef and Noble’s team led by Giorgos Troumouhis (Executive chef of Elysium Resort & Spa) and Spyros Kougios (Head chef of Noble).
