At just 18 years old, 🔗Juanlu began working with the great maestro Martin Berasategui at Lasarte. At only 23, he started at Aponiente as head chef and took on the culinary direction of the three-Michelin-star group. At 33, he opened his own restaurant, Lú Cocina y Alma, and in less than a year, he earned his first Michelin star. As of this year, he holds two Michelin stars for the same restaurant.
