🔗Ettore Botrini is involved in a number of well-known culinary ventures and is the Chef-patron of two restaurants: Botrini’s with a Michelin Star and the Corfu Etrusco, the best restaurant in Greece for many years and named after his father. The restaurants he has collaborated with from time to time have been awarded Golden Hats, stars from the FnLGuide guide and he himself has been named chef of the year many times.
