DIMITRIS CHRONOPOULOS

Biography

In 1992, he graduated from the School of Tourism Professions (STE).
In 2006, he was honored with the Best Pastry Chef Award in Greece for 2005–2006.

He has worked as a Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef Consultant in numerous prestigious restaurants, patisseries, and hotels in Greece, Cyprus, and abroad, including Michelin-starred establishments.

In 2007, he began collaborating with Deals and Valrhona as a Technical Chocolate Consultant for Valrhona in Greece. Three years later, Valrhona S.A. selected him as a technical consultant for Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Since 2007, he has also been active in the wider field of pastry as a Business Consultant, focusing on the efficient organization and operation of pastry establishments, as well as the promotion of ingredients or products through research, creation of tailor-made recipes, presentations, and advertising campaigns.

In recent years, he has conducted professional pastry seminars and workshops in Greece and abroad. His recipes, for both professional and home use, have been published and continue to appear in numerous print and digital media. He has also appeared on various television shows as a guest and served as a judge on the TV program Bake Off Greece.
