Letizia’s culinary career began early on, by her family’s love and respect for quality and tradition. Followed with studies at Malta’s Culinary Institute, and opportunities to further develop her own creativity. Her culinary repertoire flourished during an internship under Chef Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck restaurant followed by Dinner by Heston as a Chef de Partie. She went on to develop her passion for cooking in other refined restaurants in Malta, followed by opening her very own, The Golden Fork in 2019. She received Michelin recognition in less than six months, with Malta’s first Michelin Guide and was selected for the first edition of MasterChef Malta as a Judge.
